    We can discuss habits and decisions, but we do not diagnose or advise professionally.
  • No gambling optimisation
    No lottery numbers, no “lucky days” for betting.

4) Confidentiality

    If we ever want to use an anonymised case example, we will ask first.

5) Refund stance (simple)

  • Before work starts
    If you change your mind early, we can cancel.
  • After delivery
    If you expected “fortune-telling drama” despite this policy, we may still refund once to avoid disputes — but we will not change the method.
  • Good-faith first
    If something is unclear, we clarify before any refund discussion.

The purpose is to keep boundaries clean and reduce misunderstanding — not to argue.
